The research aims are to establish its social exchange theory and cognitive learn more about the connections between organizational learning, privacy worries, innovation capacity, mediating role of networking sites used by Grab Careem in Pakistan. Three hundred people were analyze results a physical questionnaire. Personality traits positively affect innovative performance employees, as shown structural equation modeling (SEM) results. also showed that media acted positive mediator skills, creative output. Important data for administration, travel planners, politicians can be gleaned from this study's novel findings, which supported established theories like cognition theories.
